Keiko has held numerous positions with well over 10 years work experience in the Luxury Hotel Industry. Keiko aims to fully support both young Japanese & Foreign employee’s with trouble shooting and general experience pinpointing the related attributes required to excel in the Hospitality Industry and deepen the understanding to create a sound Hospitality mindset. Her work experience covers her roles as both firstly a Front Desk Reception member to the more influential role as a Guest Relations Officer at the Executive Lounge of the Hotel dealing with the higher paying and demanding clientele within both Japanese Hotels & Luxury Foreign owned properties.

Throughout my work history I have interacted directly with many Non-Japanese people in different areas & industries, I have also personally seen them working & living in the Japanese environment which at times can be very challenging.
To combat the challenges of living in a new Country such as Japan which has many individualised areas different to their own Countries, items such as food, travel, seasonal changes & entertainment, this together with the overall interesting Japanese Cultural benefits I can assist to enable them to better amerce themselves into these areas.
